Troy Jensen

Troy has worked in regulatory management and human resources, and built an internet start-up in the US.  He has experience of governance, as a part-owner of two businesses.  He currently serves as a Board Member for a mid-sized US holding company.

He was responsible for assessment, development and coaching of senior leaders at Kaisen Consulting for 12 years before working in similar capacity with Deloitte for an additional 3 years.  He has worked with Board and C-suite executives and senior managers from over 30 countries to help client organisations identify and develop their leadership ‘bench strength’ and build organisational effectiveness and competitiveness. 

Troy obtained a degree in history from Southern Methodist University, a degree in psychology from the University of Hawaii and his MSc in Organisational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles.  He is a Certified Vertical Development Coach, a Professional Integral Coach and a Certified Business Psychologist.

Troy has worked across a range of industries including financial services, retail, telecommunications, engineering and professional services.
