Michelle Hirst

A Business Psychologist with over 25 years’ practising experience, Michelle has worked with a wide range of clients across many different industries. She has held both in-house and consulting roles in the public and private sector.

Michelle specialises in the evaluation and development of individual and organisational capability. She is a seasoned assessor, trainer and coach; she works with individuals to gauge and grow their capability, with teams to understand their dynamics and increase their effectiveness and with organisations to help them to manage change and succession plan. 

Michelle has experience of working at a number of organisational levels. Her clients range from senior executives and managers through to new leaders, high potentials and front-line staff. They also include her fellow psychologists, many of whom she has trained and coached in assessment methodologies.

Michelle has consulted both internationally and in the UK. Her training as a linguist allows her to work in three languages: English, French and German.

Michelle’s first degree is in Modern Languages. She also has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire. She is a full chartered member and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
