Heidi Hunter-Cope

Heidi is a Business Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience of delivering innovative people solutions in a broad range of sectors up to senior executive and C-suite level.  Working throughout the UK and internationally she has consulted across many industries including airlines, retail, telecoms, engineering, financial services, utilities, professional partnerships and professional sport.

At an organisational level, she provides challenging strategic input into the people agenda of organisations to facilitate problem solving and new thinking.  She has managed a wide variety of high-profile projects to enable large-scale organisation change, team working and leadership development.  Projects include the design and delivery of senior level assessment initiatives to inform recruitment decisions and internal restructure, talent identification, individual development and succession planning.  She has also led the creation and delivery of multi-faceted leadership development programmes and cross-organisational performance management and coaching processes.  She loves working individually with clients, coaching them to flourish and be the best version of themselves.

Heidi is a Chartered Psychologist who holds a BSc from the University of Manchester and a PhD in Organisational Psychology from UMIST.  She is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Member of the Division of Coaching Psychology.  She also holds British Psychological Society Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A and Level B).

In addition to her consulting work, Heidi is a business owner running a specialist leisure company.
