Christine O’Shea

MSc, CPsychol, AFBPsS

Christine has extensive experience assessing and coaching senior executives, high potentials and working with high performing teams.  She has assessed and coached board members, rising stars, female executives, new and senior partners in professional services and law firms, academy directors in small and large football clubs, heads of trading desks, specialists in a range of disciplines as well as other leaders with significant people management responsibilities.

With a solid foundation of psychological knowledge, some 20 years’ experience as a consultant and coach, and with a genuine desire to effect real and lasting change, much of Christine’s current work is focused on leadership and developing her clients’ capacity to be versatile, resilient and unfold to be their best selves.  She also understands that developing and transitioning is an emergent and reflective process.  Twinning an explorative approach with techniques for embedding change, she works in partnership with her clients.  Being creative and challenging, Christine seeks to offer unwavering support to enable the individual to try new ways of thinking, feeling, behaving and interacting.

Christine has a degree in Psychology from University of Southampton and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from University of Cardiff, UK.  She is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a Member of the Registry of Coaching Psychologists.  She is also trained in CBT, REBT and Problem Focused coaching.
