Chris Heaslop

MSc, GMBPsS

Chris is an Occupational Psychologist who has worked in global consultancy and in-house roles for over 15 years. He has led the implementation of large leadership assessment, development and talent management programmes across a range of international clients from the private, public, financial, and non-profit sectors as part of their respective transformation, culture change and restructuring initiatives.

He currently works with global organisations, assessing the readiness of senior individuals to move into highly complex leadership positions and applying his expertise to support talent development efforts and strategic transformation programmes. He has a keen interest in utilising evidence-based leadership assessment, development and coaching practices to help leaders continuously be at their best in a sustainable manner. He is also invested in helping companies identify and grow their future talent.

During his time in consultancy, he has assessed over 700 leaders, ranging from line managers through to c-suite executives and board members. He has led the implementation of a global assessment product suite across multiple teams and developed strategic leadership frameworks for private, public and financial sector clients. He has also been responsible for the quality control of a large global assessor team and trained many senior consultants in the use of leadership assessment and development methodologies.

Chris holds a degree in Psychology from The University of Winchester, and a master’s degree in occupational and organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey. He also completed an occupational Psychology research master’s degree with Birkbeck, University of London. In addition, he is an HCPC registered Occupational Psychologist and graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
