Aurea Fellows

Aurea is an experienced organisational psychologist specialising in leadership assessment, development, and coaching.  She graduated in Psychology from the University of Nottingham before completing a Masters in Organisational Psychology at UMIST.  She started her career in HR for a global automotive manufacturer and then followed her passion for organisational psychology by joining a boutique business psychology consultancy specialising in leadership assessment and development. 

As a business psychology consultant, for over 25 years Aurea has worked with senior leaders from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds.  She has consulted internationally in a range of sectors including financial services, professional services, retail, engineering, utilities, and service industries.  She has designed, delivered, and managed a variety of engagements including senior leader development centres and programmes, large-scale leadership bench strength analysis and succession planning, high potential identification and development, executive recruitment, as well as coaching and 1:1 development support for a variety of leaders.  She has also worked on and led change projects focused on equipping leaders with the skills and tools to engage people through change.  In recent years she has also started to support the development of leaders in an elite sports environment.   Much of her recent experience has been in relation to assessing the suitability of senior leaders to transition into larger and more complex leadership roles.

Aurea is a Chartered Psychologist, a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.  She is a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council and holds British Psychological Society Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A and Full Level B).
