Amanda Sloan

Amanda is a business psychologist and leadership coach with over 20 years’ experience consulting internationally to clients across industry sectors including professional services, air traffic control, telecomms, media and technology, financial services, sport and healthcare. She has worked with senior leaders around the globe, with particular experience in UK, Europe, North America and Asia-Pac. She has extensive consulting and coaching experience ranging from ExCo members within FTSE 100 companies, to Partners in law firms and C-Suite leaders in financial services organisations. She enjoys working in partnership with clients to support their strategic people agenda. 

She has established a strong track record in assessing, developing and coaching leaders at all levels in organisations, helping them lead successfully and continue to develop themselves and their teams.  After 17 years with Kaisen Consulting she went to work at Deloitte as part of the team setting up their global leadership practice, where alongside her client work she took on a Talent Lead role, looking after internal capability and development, as well as heading up the Team and Executive Coaching offer. 

Amanda has a BSc (first Class) Hons in Psychology and an MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology. She is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Member of the Registry of Coaching Psychologists, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She also holds the British Psychological Society Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A and B). She is also an Associate Partner Lecturer at Portsmouth University.
