Megan Turnbull

Megan is a qualified Business Psychologist and ICF Coach with over 15 years consulting experience across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, energy, pharmaceutical, public sector, and military environments. Megan has worked internationally profiling and coaching senior business leaders and delivering leadership programmes for a wide variety of multinational organisations.

Following a consultancy role in Change Management with Accenture, she joined Kaisen Consulting as a Business Psychologist and latterly held the position of Senior Manager within the Deloitte Leadership Practice for over 8 years. She led teams, owned client relationships, and successfully delivered a wide variety of programmes in the leadership and talent space, including the development and delivery of leadership strategies, senior leadership assessment and long-term development programmes, talent management and recruitment practices, organisation-wide cultural assessments, executive team offsites, and individual coaching up to CEO level. She also held a significant role within the Deloitte global Centre of Excellence, developing new and existing products and upskilling global Member Firms to deliver these offerings.
