and Anna is a business psychologist, consultant and executive coach with 20 years’ experience working across a broad range of sectors, including marketing and media, professional services, fintech, telecom, tech start-ups, elite sport, financial services, private equity, engineering, energy, manufacturing, management consultancy, education, and health and social care. 

She is particularly interested in helping leaders and teams to connect their individual and shared purpose within their systemic context.  Anna has extensive experience as a coach and leadership development consultant, working with ExCo members, FTSE 100 companies, and a broad range of professional services.​ 

Her portfolio includes applying her psychological expertise across sectors to the design and execution of talent acquisition and leadership development programmes in service of organisation continuity and transformation. 

Anna is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a qualified Master Coach and Team Coach practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, and a certified coaching supervisor with The Coaching Supervision Academy.  She holds further qualifications in marketing and counselling, and is an accredited user of a broad range of psychometric assessment instruments.
