Rowan Bradford

PhD, CPsychol

Rowan has been a business psychologist and people development consultant for over 25 years.  She has worked globally in a range of sectors and has a particular expertise in helping organisations manage the people side of change.  Rowan has deep experience of leadership assessment for both recruitment and development, having advised multiple companies and sporting organisations on talent management, bench strength, C-suite appointments and succession.  She has a passion for helping people to learn and has led the design and delivery of numerous training programmes on change management, recruitment methodologies, performance management, resilience and influencing skills.

In 2012 she left full-time consultancy and bought a swim school.  She spent 11 years building a successful business, leading a large team of instructors teaching 1300 0-5 year-olds to swim every week, whilst still working independently as a psychologist on executive assessment and leadership development projects.  She recently sold her swim school and it is now run by one of the talented staff she recruited, managed and mentored.

Rowan has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and a PhD awarded by the Institute of Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield.  She is a member of the British Psychological Society and of the Association of Business Psychologists.
