Stephanie Boers

A chartered psychologist with over 17 years’ experience in leadership assessment and development, Stephanie is passionate about assisting organisations to maximise talent and helping leaders to be the best that they can be.  She has a particular focus on assessing the building blocks of leadership capability and working with organisations and individuals to develop leadership at all levels.

Much of her current work focuses on working with key clients to recruit and develop leaders into strategic roles in their organisation.  Through in-depth assessment of core capabilities, she provides detailed analysis and insight into individuals’ strengths and challenges to support role decisions and guide development activity.

Having held consulting roles in the UK and Australia, Stephanie has been assessing and developing senior leaders for over 17 years and in that time has carried out more than 1100 in-depth assessments, working across industry sectors and geographies.  She has also held Centre of Excellence responsibilities, leading the training and accreditation of consultants from South Africa, Canada, Austria, Spain, Venezuela and China in leadership assessment skills.

Stephanie has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Plymouth and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University.  She is a Chartered Psychologist, Member of the British Psychological Society, and a Member of the Division of Coaching Psychology.
