Robert Myatt

Robert is a chartered psychologist and global leadership expert.  For over 25 years, he has worked across Europe, Asia, Middle East, North America, Latam and Africa, specialising in leadership strategy, assessment and the development of transformational, future-ready leaders for a wide range of multinational businesses including financial services, utilities, engineering, retail, pharmaceuticals, technology and manufacturing companies.

He was formerly a leader in Kaisen Consulting and practice leader for Deloitte Leadership Canada.  In these roles, he was responsible for the strategy, development and deployment of innovative leadership assessment and development methodologies globally.

Robert has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham.  He is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
